Description
In the free town of Christiania, you will find Alis Wonderland Skatepark, which contains a bowl and a small street course made by locals. The skate park is built of wood and steel and offers challenges for both beginners and fore more experienced skaters. The bowl has been redesigned many times to look like it does today. The bowl used to be a vert which later turned into an indoor bowl. The park has been at Christiania since 1998. The addition of the roof came in 2011.
The park is definitely worth a visit, if you have not already been there.
The bowl is made of wood with steel copings and has a lot of corner hips, an oververt and roll-ins. The bowl has been designed to have different height levels at opposite ends which makes it possible for experienced skaters to maintain flow and speed in the bowl.
