Description
Jarmers Plads is a square with a lot of ledges. The place is often used by skaters, however, it is less and less seen as a skatepark.
The park is located close to Nørreport station and it is a good place to warm up of to have a short session.
There is a lot of space for flat ground tricks and ledges for grinds. The park is at the corner of a heavily trafficked road so it provides great potential to show off to passers-by.
There is a supermarket (Netto) across the street from the park.
Jarmers Plads is home of Jamers in pyjamas which is held every year by Street Machine.

One review of Jarmers Plads
A humble opinion from a fellow blader:
This is a very nice spot, especially during summer, for both beginners and advanced skaters. The curbs are very smooth and a pure pleasure to grind. They are short which I like, as grinding them from start to finish is easy. They have a good height for bladers as they aren’t too high or too low, making them easy and non-exhausting to skate. The serial placement of the curbs (relative to each other) also enables the possibility of putting together some sweet lines. Another plus is that the spot is located in centrum of Copenhagen, placing that Snickers you’re craving just around the corner.
One downside may be the surface. It’s made of rectangular concrete plates that’s put together. This creates a little space of approximately 1 centimeter between where the plates meet. This can be a little annoying when you do your run-ups as your wheels can get stuck.
