Description
Refshaleøen skatepark has been brought to live in just 14 days! The new park was constructed for the festival “Copenhagen Skateboard Open”, which brought the best skaters to town (literally, they came to denmark!). This means that Copenhagen is one skatepark richer. On the island, Refshaleøen Skatepark shares it’s skate experiences with the indoor park Port 4130. Only a few hundred meters from it.
Behind the project is Copenhagen Skatepark. Concrete-giant Unicon donated the concrete and Refshaleøens Administration Company has put up the area for the project. You can use the park as much as you like and with no restrictions. The park is a concrete one with no copings, but if you like street skating in an urban area – Refshaleøen Skatepark is for you.
