Description
Ølsted skatepark is located in an old factory floor and is the best indoor skatepark in North Zealand, Denmark. The park has a lot of ledges, boxes, banks and quarter pipes. The park has either quarter pipes or banks in every corner which provide the skater with a great opportunity to keep a steady flow throughout the park or to gather speed. The elements are made of wood and steel and if anything breaks, it is quickly fixed. All obstacles come in both a small and a large version which makes the park interesting for skaters at all levels. There is everything from ledges, rails, pyramid boxes, small and large banks to quarters and a mini bowl. The mini bowl, which is located in the left corner, can be used by all skaters regardless of their level of experience as it has both a high and a low end.
Ølsted skatepark is best known for its annual skateboarding competition, Olliestedet Open. Every year in the late summer, Olliestedet hosts a competition for both amateurs and professional skaters at the park. It is a large event that attracts a lot of people and loud music.
Information from Ølsted skatepark: Scooters are allowed on Tuesdays and Fridays, and there will be a day during the weekend as well, probably Sunday. Skating days are Monday and Thursday and one day during the weekend, probably Saturday. Wednesday is the only day where both skating and scooters are allowed for everyone.
The skating school has started again. This means that the park will be closed every Thursday between 5pm and 7pm until April. For more information about the training, visit Ollistedet’s website.

Ølsted is one of Denmark’s best indoor street parks with the best curbs and a perfect handrail down a bank. Ølsted also contains a really good bowl in 2 heights which makes it easy for everyone to ride there. A super good skatepark
In the middle of nowhere, it’s slippery and very dusty. That being said, I love this park! It’s very well designed and the small area is utilised perfectly. It takes a long time to get used to the slippery floor, and 100% you have to take a shower and wash all your clothes afterwards, because of all the dust. But it’s worth a visit!
The opening hours have changed, so it isn’t open for skaters Tuesday and Friday, but on the other hand, the is no scooters on Tuesday and Thursday…rest of the week is open for everyone.
Can you enter Thursday on scooter?
It’s mega dope skatepark, so I think you should come and try the park because it’s sick!
The indoor park has changed it’s opening hours for skateboard and scooter-days…
As of now, the skatehall is open for scooters Tuesday and Friday, and for skateboard Monday and Thursday, the weekend will also be split up, so that every user group gets a day in the weekend as well, Saturday is until now for skaters and Sunday for scooters.. the rest of the days or for both user groups.
It’s a super good course, but there is a lot of people down there so you have to watch out not to crash into each other. But when there is less people, it’s a perfect skatepark and it’s best for scooters on tuesday, friday and sunday.
Can you ride skates/rollerblades and scooters on tuesdays????
Love to be there. Super cool park.
I just think that it’s a bit sad that it’s split between skaters and scooters because my friend is on scooter and I’m a skater, so my friend and I can only be there on Wednesdays 🙁 Otherwise awesome park
